Sather Gate is a prominent landmark separating Sproul Plaza and the bridge over Strawberry Creek leading to the heart of the University of California, Berkeley campus. The gate was donated by Jane K. Sather, a benefactor of the university, in memory of her late husband Peder Sather.
This is my first time to see the pool like this~ so cool!
The french fries in this food court is my favorite food in U.S.A
ASUCThis is a place where I attend classes every day.
I am glad that I come to here for three weeks.
UCBerkeley has a wonderful campus except for the homeless person around here.
But these homelessness are nice and friendly unlike those homelessness in Taiwan.
I was scared them at first, because they always walked around you and asked you "Give me some bucks".
It is not a good feeling~ especially in campus.
I chosen this topic for my presentation, however, before I graduated from ESI.
And during this work, I had a very special experience for them.
Because I need to do some survey in order to make my presentation more correct and more power.
I asked a guy who sat on the sidewalk some question
Peggy&Janice: Good morning~ How are you? We are the students in ESI. Do you mind that ask you some questions for our survey.
Homeless person:Surely~.
Peggy&Janice:The first question is "why you become homeless person?'
Guess what?
Homeless person:Sorry! I'm not a homeless person.
Peggy&Janice:What !? So why you sit on the street?
Homeless person: Actually, I have a place to live...............blah blah blah..................
What the world it is!! ~
So, do you want to make money?
Just preparing a cap and sitting on the sidewalk right now.
